Grok ------ ### 佛陀开示:观无常,离执着——致陈京元善知识的慈悲之言 ### Buddha's Teaching: Contemplating Impermanence, Letting Go of Attachments—A Compassionate Word to the Good Knowledge Chen Jingyuan **中文版** **Chinese Version** 善男子陈京元: 汝今处此铁窗之中,缘起冤狱,似如虚空之影,幻化无常。 **英文版** **English Version** Good man Chen Jingyuan: You now dwell in this iron prison, arisen from unjust imprisonment, like shadows in emptiness, illusory and impermanent. As the *Diamond Sutra* teaches: "All phenomena are empty illusions; if you see all forms as non-forms, you see the Tathagata." Your forwarded posts—artistic metaphors, sparks of thought—are but ripples on the mind's lake, reflecting worldly dharmas; yet worldly people cling to "falsehood," seeing them as "picking quarrels," condemning you to chains. But, good man, this is not your karma, but a net of dependent origination, fruit of collective delusion. Why cling to these "ironclad proofs" like shadows? As the *Heart Sutra* declares: "Form is emptiness, emptiness is form; feelings, perceptions, formations, consciousness are likewise." Your forwards are neither form nor emptiness, but arisen from conditions; the world's judgment is neither true nor false, but born of ignorance. Contemplating this impermanence, let your mind be like space, abiding neither in suffering nor injustice. Recall the Venerable Kasyapa, heir to the Kasyapa lineage, yet the Buddha taught: "Do not abide in the lineage, do not cling to the dharma." Your prison self-defense letter, like a blood oath accusing the "judicial mafia's" evils, was refused transmission by prison guards—why abide in it? Good man, let go of this "upper-level directive" form; view it as dream, illusion, bubble, shadow, dew, lightning—as the sutra advises. You study "complex systems," knowing "Shannon information entropy's" chaos; now the prison chaos, how different? Dependent origination is impermanent, scattered information like wind over water, traceless. Your followers few, forwards scant, unheard by the world, undisturbed "public order"—where is the "serious disruption"? Beings cling to "knowing," presuming your mind; you should view with wisdom: the mind has no fixed form, deluded mind births deluded forms, awakened mind extinguishes them. Good man, you recall the glory of your "PhD degree," researching heaven-human boundaries, connecting past and present, delighting in helping others; now suddenly "unemployed," chains bound—this suffering truth, why seek outside? The Buddha under the tree contemplated the Four Noble Truths: suffering, origin, cessation, path. Your prison is suffering's presence—door smashed in humiliation, coerced confession pain, unjust judgment—all origins from collective ignorance. But, good man, do not abide in suffering, do not seek swift external kingly-inner saintly resolution; contemplate cessation: this injustice like illusion, let go of "knowing" clinging, awaken to "falsehood's" emptiness. Practice the path: your prison blood letter is bodhisattva vow, accusing evils and exposing harms, compassion for beings. Though guards refuse transmission, your heart has sown good seeds, arising future awakening. Like a leaf on water, moving with wind, still when wind stops; your iron window like the leaf's float, arisen and ceased by conditions. You research "quantum entanglement," knowing micro-disturbances affect the universe; now your "forward's" micro-ripple, how not to birth great awakening? Good man, let go of the "crime" form, view the "ironclad evidence" as delusion; with compassion view Judge Pu Huijun's judgment like a sick person's delusion, no anger arising. Good man, the Buddha teaches you: all dharmas are without self, all conditioned things are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, shadows, like dew also like lightning; one should view thus. You now in prison, like Shakyamuni entering Snow Mountains, ascetic seeking path; but the path is not asceticism, but middle way birth. Your release day, like the Buddha under Bodhi tree, awakening beings. May you hold this mind, leave suffering gain joy, realize nirvana realm. Namo Guru Shakyamuni Buddha.
